2. Terms of payment
Upon approval of offers submitted via Dinero, the following payment terms apply to all events planned and/or held by Bliss Cph.
2.1 PAYMENT, CANCELLATION AND CHANGES
Upon confirmation of the offer, partial invoice 1 for 50% of the total amount of the offer will be sent for immediate payment.
This payment serves as the final booking and is non-refundable in case of cancellation by the customer.
21 days before the event, the minimum number of participants is stated and partial invoice 2 for 50% of the total amount of the offer is sent for immediate payment.
This payment is also non-refundable in the event of cancellation by the customer.
Adjustments can be made to the number of participants and extra services can be added up to 4 days before the event. Any additions will be invoiced after the event.
If Bliss Cph has not received payment for the full amount (100%) no later than 20 days before the event, Bliss Cph reserves the right to cancel the event at the customer's expense.
2.2 DELIVERY AND ALIGNMENT OF EXPECTATIONS
Bliss Cph always strives to deliver an experience of the highest quality based on the agreements and wishes established in the planning process.
Any changes or additions to the agreement must be approved in writing by both parties to be valid.
Bliss Cph cannot be held responsible for subjective assessments of the experience, including taste, atmosphere, choice of music, decoration or similar, as long as the delivery is performed in accordance with the agreed framework and standards.
The customer is responsible for ensuring that expectations, wishes and special requirements are clearly stated in the final agreement.
3. LIABILITY
All traffic at locations where Bliss Cph holds events is at your own risk. Bliss Cph cannot be held responsible for lost property, personal injury or other incidents that may occur during the event.
4. COMPLAINTS AND COMPLAINTS
Any complaints about parts of the event must be made in writing no later than 48 hours after the event.
After this time, the event is considered approved and completed.
Bliss Cph reserves the right to assess whether a complaint is justified based on the original agreement, documented communication and the actual delivery.
No compensation is provided for subjective experiences or conditions beyond Bliss Cph's control, such as guest behavior, weather, technical conditions on third-party equipment, supplier delays or similar.
5. RIGHTS TO IMAGES AND VIDEO
Bliss Cph reserves the right to take and use atmospheric images and video from events for use on its own platforms, including social media, website and presentation material.
The images will always be used with respect for the integrity of the customer and guests and without exposing individuals in an offensive way.
If the customer does not want Bliss Cph to use images from the event, this must be agreed in writing before the event.
6. FORCE MAJEURE
Bliss Cph and the event location are entitled to cancel or move an arrangement in the event of extraordinary circumstances beyond our control - including natural disasters, pandemic, fire, disease outbreak, bankruptcy, breakdown in supply chains, government orders, strikes or similar.
In such cases, Bliss Cph will, as far as possible, offer a new date for settlement. Only documentable, unavoidable expenses will be incurred by the customer in such cases.
If Bliss Cph has to cancel an arrangement for reasons not related to Force Majeure, the customer's prepayment will be refunded in full.
7. CONFIDENTIALITY
All collaborations and information are treated confidentially
Content and prices may not be disclosed without written consent
Confidentiality applies both during and after the collaboration has ended
8. PERSONAL DATA POLICY
We only register necessary information for the coordination and communication of the event
Your data is stored securely for up to 5 years and then deleted
We do not share your information without consent

9. CONFIRMATION
By accepting the offer sent via the Dinero link, the customer confirms that they have read and accepted the above payment terms, alcohol policy, and data policy.
