    Popular venues often booked 9–12 months in advance, especially during the summer season. For larger weddings with over 100 guests, we therefore recommend that you contact us at least 12–14 months in advance, so that we have plenty of time to find the perfect venue and plan at a leisurely pace.

    If you have already booked venue some suppliers, you can easily book us later in the process—for example, 6–1 months before the wedding—if you primarily need coordination, design assistance, or execution on the day.
