4. Once the offer has been approved and the first installment has been paid, we will reserve your desired date.

5. The planning begins!

   We start with a meeting where we go through your wishes, budget vision—and begin to identify your personal style. Together, we look at your Pinterest board and inspiration, and based on that, we develop a visual concept and mood boards, which are continuously adjusted as the ideas take shape. Along the way, we hold planning meetings where we discuss decorations, flowers, table arrangements, menus, place cards, and all the little details that make the whole thing come together. If you have chosen options such as food or cocktail tasting, we will also plan these so that you can taste your way to what feels just right. At the same time, we coordinate suppliers, schedules, and logistics so that the process feels manageable and secure—and you can see your vision take shape, step by step.

6. We prepare a detailed event sheet– Once the creative framework and practical details begin to fall into place, we prepare a detailed event sheet – your personal roadmap for the day. Here we gather everything: schedule, supplier information, contact persons, setup, logistics, and all the little notes, so nothing is left to chance. We make sure that everyone involved – from catering music to flowers and photographers – knows exactly what to do and when. This gives you peace of mind and the freedom to enjoy the anticipation, while we take care of the big picture.

7. On the day itself, we step in as your professional support and "market manager." We make sure that everything is ready when the guests arrive and keep track of all suppliers—from catering flowers to music and photographers—to ensure that they deliver as agreed. We coordinate table settings, decorations, serving, the schedule, and minor unforeseen situations so that you can relax and enjoy your day without any worries. All you have to do is arrive, hold hands, and enjoy the day while we take care of all the practicalities and create a smooth experience.

In general, the earlier you book Bliss Cph, the better our chances are of creating the perfect setup and planning the process calmly and carefully.

Many couples contact us 9–18 months before their wedding, especially if they want help with:

Popular venues often booked 9–12 months in advance, especially during the summer season. For larger weddings with over 100 guests, we therefore recommend that you contact us at least 12–14 months in advance, so that we have plenty of time to find the perfect venue and plan at a leisurely pace.

If you have already booked venue some suppliers, you can easily book us later in the process—for example, 6–1 months before the wedding—if you primarily need coordination, design assistance, or execution on the day.

We always tailor our collaboration to your situation, regardless of how far along you are in your planning.

Yes. Although we recommend starting well in advance, we also have extensive experience with weddings that are planned at shorter notice.

In the summer of 2025, we were contacted by a couple whose venue canceled with only four days' notice. The couple was naturally very upset about the situation, but we said, "Anything is possible."

In a very short time, we managed to find a new solution and create a beautiful wedding. It was what we call an M&E wedding, and the finished result can be seen on our Instagram. The couple later described it as their dream wedding.

Yes. Bliss CPH tailor-made floral solutions and floral styling for weddings and events including bridal bouquets, table decorations, buttonhole flowers, flower arches, and ceremony decorations. Depending on your budget, desired style, and look, we can either produce the flowers in-house or collaborate with our talented florist partners to ensure the perfect look for your event.

No, not at all.
Although we collaborate with some regular venues, we also often help with events our premises – both in Copenhagen, on Sjælland throughout the rest of the country.
If you haven't found the right place yet, we're happy to help you find it – we have a wide network of beautiful, unique venues to suit different styles and budgets.

Pladeværkstedet on Refshaleøen is one of our regular venues, where we hold many weddings.
We do not own the venue, but we have pre-booked the most popular dates during the summer so that our couples can easily secure them.
If you contact Pladeværkstedet this period, you will therefore be referred to us.

Our collaboration allows you to get a single solution for both venue rental and planning at no extra cost.
So you get the same price - but with the added peace of mind that comes with having an experienced team to take care of all the practicalities.
