Responsibility during transport
The customer is responsible for the behavior of guests during transport.
Any costs resulting from:
Vomiting or extraordinary cleaning
Damage to vehicles or boats
Lost or damaged equipment
Violation of the supplier's rules
will be invoiced to the customer in accordance with the transport provider's terms and conditions.
This applies regardless of whether the transport is:
Booked through Bliss Cph, or
Booked directly by the customer with the transport provider
Bliss Cph not liable for any damage or additional costs incurred as a result of guests' behavior during transport.
Rental of service equipment
Rent may include:
Plates, glasses, and cutlery
Tablecloths and textiles
Tables and chairs
Furniture and lounge environments
Bar and serving equipment
Decoration and styling elements
Rental can be done either:
Directly from Bliss Cph, or
Through external rental providers
The specific setup is always stated in the accepted offer.
Responsibility for rented equipment
The customer is responsible for:
Damage to rented equipment
Lost items
Abnormal wear and tear or damage caused by guests or third parties
This applies to both equipment:
Rented through Bliss Cph, and
Rented directly from external suppliers
Any costs for:
Repair
Cleaning beyond normal use
Replacement of damaged or lost items
will be passed on to the customer.
Changes in style and quantities
Rental prices may vary depending on:
Style and choice of materials
Quantities
Special solutions
Supplier prices and availability
The final price will be determined when:

Quantities are fixed
