Bliss Cph's planning services are based on a fixed time commitment, as stated in the accepted offer.

The planning time depends on the size and complexity of the event and the agreed package solution.

Reasonable time frame

Most quotes are based on a reasonable and professional assessment of the expected time required for the agreed task and package solution.

It is not the intention that the customer should be invoiced on an ongoing basis for extra planning time in a normal planning process.

The provision regarding additional planning time primarily applies if the task develops beyond the originally agreed scope, or if the customer requests changes, additional meetings, or expanded solutions.

Planning time includes, among other things:

  • Phone calls and online meetings
