Starting point for offers

Catering and bar prices in the initial offer are based on:

  • The agreed budget level

  • The desired style and quality

  • Preliminary menu suggestions or standard solutions from the supplier

The initial proposal sets out the general direction, but does not necessarily constitute the final menu.

Menu and bar development

The final menu and bar content is determined during the planning and design phase, taking into account:

  • Customer wishes and priorities

  • Season and availability of ingredients

  • Number of guests

  • Venue conditions

  • Supplier options

The menu and bar continuously bar in relation to budget design decisions.

Tastings

Tastings may be included in the offer if this is stated in the agreed package solution.

This may include:

  • Food tasting

  • Drink tasting

  • Adjusting menu or bar content

The number of tastings and scope are specified in the accepted offer.

Changes and upgrades

If the customer wants:

  • Upgrading raw materials or level

  • Extra dishes

  • Special menus

  • Extended bar

  • Special drinks

  • Additional tastings

  • Changes in style or concept

this may result in additional costs.

The final price will be determined once the menu, bar contents, and quantities have been approved.

External catering companies

If catering bar by an external supplier:

  • The supplier's own terms and conditions apply.

  • Is the supplier responsible for production, delivery, and personnel?

Bliss Cph delivery in accordance with the agreed scope, but is not responsible for the supplier's internal operations or production.

The final scope

The final menu and bar contents, as well as the total price, are always stated in:

  • The most recently approved offer

  • The signed contract

  • Any updates approved in writing

Not all catering or bar services are included in all projects. The specific scope depends on the agreed task and package solution.
